Level-Up Your Leadership Communication

This exciting half-day workshop is geared toward helping you amp up your communication skills as a leader. You’ll experience three hands-on, interactive, mini-sessions providing food for thought, skills-building, and the ability to connect with dynamic leaders from other organizations who are working toward the same goals.

We’re all different, and that those differences can be extremely powerful when utilized properly! This exercise will help you improve working relationships with your team, and your ability to relate to people that have different problem-solving styles to your own.
Next-Level Listening Skills
This session will help you understand how to become a better listener by moving away from emotion to focus on content and logic. Learn to avoid listening “pitfalls” so you can build more productive conversations.
In the course of a day, we encounter key conversations – the kind of conversations that create a pivot point in a relationship at work, or in the work we are doing itself. They happen when and where you least expect it. Are you ready to have one of these “mission critical” conversations? This session will offer practical tips and guidance that allow you to showcase your leadership acumen no matter what the situation is at work.
Now, a half day of learning is great, but we ALSO want to help you bring the learning back into your day-to-day! As part of your registration, you will gain access to an online ‘habit tracking’ tool where you will be able to track one goal for 30 days following the workshop – a great way to create behaviour change and take your leadership skills up a notch!
Coffee, tea and water will be provided throughout the workshop and a mid-point snack break is included.
