Did you know that women may experience changes associated with menopause as early as their late 30’s or early 40’s, and that women spend 1/3 of their life “post” menopause? So what can you do to ensure that you feel your best everyday?
Join Tania as she discusses lifestyle tips that are helpful for women at any age to live a strong, happy and healthy life. Tania will discuss what changes can occur for some women approaching or after menopause.
She will share the evidence of which non-prescription treatments can help and which ones don’t. She will also share the latest information regarding effectiveness, safety, and fears surrounding hormone therapy.

Tania Little PhC, CDE, NCMP
Tania Little is a Pharmacist and part owner of Green St Pharmasave and Fallowfield Pharmasave, both located in Barrhaven, Ottawa. Tania has been practicing pharmacy for over 25 years. Hailing from Nova Scotia, Tania strives to provide that East Coast welcome of a personal, and unique pharmacy experience.
Her passion for helping people in a more personal way has inspired her to expand her practice and specialize in diabetes and women’s health.
As a Certified Diabetes Educator and NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner, Tania provides 1 hour consultation services by self referral or physician referral, focused on diabetes education and lifestyle changes or treatment options for women experiencing menopausal symptoms.
As a member of the North American Menopause Society she continues to pursue new knowledge to keep current in the changing world of women’s health. She has also presented her knowledge to family physicians alongside specialists in the fields of diabetes and menopause.
Tania has become a trusted resource and advisor to local physicians and her community. As a wife and mom of two teens, Tania understands the busy lifestyle of juggling work and family. Feeling your best is so important and she strives to help women live their best life!
